Special HP wash lances

Special HP wash lances represent innovative solutions designed to address specific operational challenges that standard lances cannot effectively resolve. These specialized configurations incorporate unique engineering features such as telescopic extension systems, variable spray angle mechanisms, dual-tube designs, and enhanced ergonomic handles, enabling operators to tackle demanding cleaning tasks with greater efficiency and versatility across diverse professional applications.

Telescopic lances for vertical surface access

Telescopic lances provide exceptional reach capabilities, allowing easy extension to access vertical surfaces at considerable heights up to 7.8 meters. Lightweight and easy to handle despite their extended reach, telescopic lances incorporate the high-pressure hose inside the tube structure, with the gun positioned at the inlet for optimal operator control. These specialized lances operate at pressures up to 275 bar, making them ideal for cleaning building facades, high walls, and other elevated surfaces that would otherwise require scaffolding or aerial platforms. The telescopic design eliminates safety risks associated with ladder use while significantly reducing setup time and labor costs for vertical cleaning operations.

Variable spray angle lances for operational versatility

Variable jet wash lances deliver unmatched versatility through their unique ability to adjust spray angle on-the-fly through a handle mechanism, even while the gun remains open during operation. This innovative feature allows operators to instantly switch from a pencil jet configuration that maximizes power and distance to a fan jet pattern that covers larger surface areas more efficiently. Operating at pressures up to 220 bar with flow rates reaching 125 l/min, variable angle lances represent the ideal solution for urban and street cleaning applications requiring extremely versatile devices capable of responding to different washing needs without equipment changes. These lances also find application on firefighting vehicles equipped with high-pressure pumps for delivering water mixed with special additives.

Dual-tube lances for dispensing chemical and detergent solutions

A double lance is a specialized washing lance composed of two parallel tubes. By operating the side handle, the user can open or close one of the two outlets while the other remains constantly open.

The always-open outlet typically houses the high-pressure nozzle, whereas the second outlet is equipped with a low-pressure nozzle. When both outlets are open, the system operates in low pressure, allowing the upstream Venturi injector to draw the cleaning chemical.

By closing the low-pressure outlet, the double lance functions like a standard high-pressure washing lance.

This type of lance is commonly used with pressure washers designed to deliver both water and chemical products.

Enhanced ergonomic designs for operator comfort

Several special lance configurations incorporate ergonomic enhancements designed to improve operator comfort and control during extended use. Side handle lances feature lateral grips that allow operators to hold the lance with enhanced stability, particularly beneficial when working with high flow rates up to 100 l/min. Ergonomic plastic protection shields, whether die-cast on tubes or specially molded, ensure maximum operator comfort even during prolonged operations or when working with hot water systems, protecting hands from heat transfer while maintaining secure grip in all conditions.
